What to Expect
AI adoption across agrifood and health is accelerating, but impact depends on how well digital tools integrate across agriculture, formulation, product development, quality assessment, and supply chain decision-making. Many initiatives struggle to move beyond pilots, as fragmented data, real-world variability in ingredients and processes, and operational constraints limit scalability. As a result, value creation depends on tighter alignment between AI models, data infrastructure, and operational workflows.
In this Ideathon, Lux will explore startups developing AI-enabled approaches that make these functions more data-informed and operationally usable at scale — from ingredient and formulation innovation to quality analysis, digital twins, and end-to-end supply chain intelligence. The session will examine how such solutions translate AI advances into measurable operational and R&D outcomes.
