Masanori Kitahara is Director and Chief Marketing Officer of FOX Corporation, a Japan-based developer of gallium oxide materials and crystal-growth technologies. He leads business development, application development, and global marketing while contributing to R&D and manufacturing scale-up for beta-Ga2O3 crystals. Before joining FOX, he worked at Resonac and its predecessor companies in materials R&D, production engineering, quality assurance, and capital investment across aluminum, HDD, and SiC-related operations, including an assignment in Malaysia. He holds a Master of Engineering from Tohoku University. His technical work has resulted in more than ten patent applications, conference presentations, and peer-reviewed publications on oxide crystal growth, including large-scale beta-Ga2O3 growth using the cold-crucible method. Focuses on bridging advanced materials research with practical commercialization and international partnerships.
