Raymond Zheng is the Senior Managing Director at Honda Innovation Silicon Valley, leading the Honda Xcelerator Ventures program. He oversees strategic investments in early-stage startups and drives open innovation. His team collaborates with VCs, innovation firms, and startups in North America to advance opportunities in mobility, energy, robotics, AI, resource circulation, and carbon neutrality. Before Honda, Raymond worked at Cisco, contributing to dozens of M&A deals and investments. He also led a global network of Innovation Centers, developing solutions and go-to-market strategies to integrate startup technologies with Cisco’s IoT and networking solutions.
