Harini Venkataraman, Ph.D., is an associate research director at Lux Research, based in Amsterdam. As a trusted strategic adviser, Harini brings over a decade of experience working with Fortune 500 companies on their innovation strategies for new business and market expansion. Her previous role as a senior associate scientist at DSM Food Specialties, Netherlands, honed her expertise in R&D, focusing on brewing enzymes, food processing enzymes, and nutraceuticals.
