Takako Kato currently serves as the Chief Analyst in the Technology & Innovation Studies Division at Mitsui & Co. Global Strategic Studies Institute (MGSSI), an in-house think tank within Mitsui & Co., Ltd. With more than 20 years of experience, she specializes in conducting technology foresight and exploring new business models in the healthcare and wellness sector. Prior to joining MGSSI, she had the privilege of working for a leading Japanese pharmaceutical company. She is a graduate of Imperial College London, where she obtained a degree in Biology.
