Florent Baudu holds masters degrees in engineering and nuclear physics from the University of Strasbourg/Telecom Strasbourg Engineering School. Later he also concluded the executive MBA programme of the EDHEC business school. At first he worked in the petrochemicals, steel and flat glass industry, developing production plants. Later he took on the challenge to decarbonize the sector and joined an electrolyzer OEM to implement green H2 projects. In Kraftblock he saw the economic benefit for transitioning industries and joined as CCO in early 2025.
