Tim has extensive knowledge across the energy value chain. He leads the commercial and business development activities of SunGreen, an advanced materials company headquartered in Singapore. He joined SunGreen in 2023 having closely followed the company’s development since inception. SunGreen is now active in eight markets.
He has resided in Singapore for 14 years and previously worked across the Middle East and in the United Kingdom. He spent over two decades in KPMG establishing and building its Energy & Natural Resources practice under a period of rapid growth as Global Executive Director. He has relationships with international and national energy companies, government, regulators, industry bodies, academia and financial players. He has a strong interest in urban infrastructure development, mobility and energy transition pathways.
Tim holds several industry sector roles including Visiting Professor of Practice and Board Advisor to Newcastle University (UK), Management Board Member of the Energy Studies Institute at National University of Singapore (past) and Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce’s Energy & Utilities Business Committee. He is a Fellow of the Energy Institute (UK) and Vice Chairman of the Singapore branch.
