Marcian Lee is an Analyst at Lux and contributes to the Materials and Manufacturing Sciences team’s coverage of advanced recycling technology. In this role, he evaluates technologies related to plastics recycling and waste valorization and their impacts on sustainable industry.
Prior to joining Lux, Marcian was a Research Fellow at the HP-NTU Digital Manufacturing Corporate Lab, where he worked on HP’s 3D printed molded fiber tooling solution. He also has research experience in industrial projects on the adoption of 3D printing in medical and defense applications. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from RMIT University, where he developed graphene–polyamide-6 composite for the additive manufacture of electromagnetic interference shielding components. He also holds a B.Eng. in Aerospace Engineering from RMIT University.
