Amelia Shee is an accomplished customer experience manager at Lux Research, serving the company’s European clients. She ensures that Lux seat holders are supported and receive optimum value from our services throughout their journey with Lux. Amelia has contributed to streamlining customer processes and works seamlessly across all teams to help maintain high client-satisfaction rates.
Prior to joining Lux, Amelia worked as a customer experience manager at Spotzer Digital, where she led the onboarding process for new customers and provided expert advice in the fast-paced digital marketing sphere for Spotzer’s global clientele.
Amelia holds a First Class M.Sc. from Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam in organization and management, with her thesis focusing on effective water management. This interest stemmed from her B.A. in geography from Durham University in England. Amelia’s passion for the environment and sustainability shines through in her close strategic work with Lux’s clients.
