Heather Stevens is a client experience manager at Lux Research. In this role, she collaborates with the company’s research and account management teams to identify and anticipate client priorities and business needs. Heather helps steer clients toward relevant Lux research and services, helping them build compelling business cases for their innovation initiatives. A key aspect of her role involves frequent client meetings to guide the evolution of their priorities, ensure ongoing engagement, and secure contract renewals.
Before joining Lux, Heather served as a customer success manager at Rightworks (formerly Right Networks). She was the inaugural member of the customer success department, where she managed the company’s largest clients, documented procedures, and contributed to the growth and training of a new team.
Heather holds an A.S. in computer science from Manchester Community College, located in New Hampshire.
