Aishwarya Mohan is a research associate at Lux Research and contributes to the manufacturing team’s coverage of industrial water technologies. In her role as trusted adviser, she analyzes emerging treatment technologies, focusing on performance, scalability, and commercialization potential in industrial markets.
Prior to joining Lux, Aishwarya worked in a quality assurance role at Momentive, where she supported analytical method development and process optimization initiatives. She also gained interdisciplinary research experience in materials science and molecular biology, contributing to projects spanning biomaterials and cellular engineering.
She holds a BTech in chemical engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and an M.Sc. in biotechnology and pharmaceutical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. In her free time, Aishwarya trains in muay thai, indulges her love of fantasy novels, and enjoys cooking and baking.
