Arnold Bos is the Managing Director Consulting of the Emerging Ecosystems in Agrifood and Health team, leading the bespoke engagements to help our clients identify and understand new opportunities and shape their innovation strategies. In this role, he and his team are a trusted thought partners on our clients’ market entry strategy, technology roadmaps, or innovation prioritization efforts. As part of the Lux consulting team for many years, Arnold has led and contributed to projects covering the full breadth of Lux coverage, ranging from food and health landscapes, idea generation in consumer packaged goods, to energy transition roadmaps, materials discovery, and large future strategizing workshops. He is able to creatively approach innovation challenges and identify emerging and potentially disruptive business opportunities for both consumer-facing sectors and their adjacent industries.
Prior to joining Lux, Arnold worked at Roche Diagnostics as a Product Specialist, has worked for several years as a scientist at both the Spanish and Dutch National Cancer Institutes, and has a background in biomedical sciences, physics, and automotive engineering.
Arnold graduated with honors from the University of Amsterdam with an M.S. and a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences.
