Heidi Cullen is Lux’s Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Program Management. Heidi has over 20+ years of experience as a Global Customer Operations leader driving scale, growth, and evolving customer teams to deliver best-in-class services and enabling customers to realize the value in their products and solutions.
Before joining Lux, Cullen held executive positions with Wolters Kluwer for over 16 years, driving exponential growth and scaling customer operation teams globally. Most recently as Vice President of Transformation, leading large complex transformational initiatives and acquisition integrations and Vice President of Global Customer Experience and Integration Services, growing the global customer teams to support a $700+M business.
Prior to Wolters Kluwer, she managed Regional Operations for PCF, Inc., a leading outsource provider for contact center services, distribution, and logistics support for clients such as the Boston Globe, New York Times, and Wall Street Journal and additional positions with Ascential Software and Art Technology Group.
Heidi received her Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University.
