James joined Lux in 2020 as the team lead for client experience in North America, serving as the vital link between Lux and its clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction by staying aligned with client priorities and delivering proactive, tailored support. During his time at Lux, James has successfully worked with clients across a variety of industries, helping them achieve their goals and elevate their experience.
Before joining Lux, James gained valuable experience at Frost & Sullivan, where he contributed to the events team. His diverse background also includes several years as a golf instructor, where he honed his skills in communication and client relations. James holds a B.A. in business administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he laid the foundation for his career in client-focused roles.
