Kaitlyn Cullen is lead development representative at Lux Research. In this role, Kaitlyn serves as the first point of contact for inbound sales leads, helping to accelerate new business pipeline development and ensure high-quality engagements across the board. Working closely with Lux’s marketing, revenue operations, and new business sales departments, Kaitlyn helps prioritize, qualify, and act on key inbound opportunities. Kaitlyn joined Lux in 2024, serving as a business development representative for North America, forging strategic relationships with corporate executives in the consumer products industry.
Prior to joining Lux, Kaitlyn built a strong foundation in business development within the software industry. While pursuing her degree, she held diverse roles in marketing, social media, and leadership, including serving as a camp director. Kaitlyn holds a B.A. in corporate innovation and entrepreneurship from Penn State University, as well as a certification in real estate analysis and development.
