From pipettes to pipe characters to p-values, Samantha’s passion is people, and her superpower is data storytelling. She currently works as a data scientist in Amway’s Innovation & Science Division where she helps her partners craft their research questions and enables them with data, insights, and when she gets the chance, really awesome visuals. Prior to this, she worked as a research scientist for 8 years studying the human health benefits of plants. When she isn’t thinking about MotivBase projects (kidding!), you can find her running, playing with her son or dogs or cats, rocking out to her husband’s jams, or studying for her Masters of Applied Statistics. “Whatever you are, be a good one.”
