Maxwell Barry is a client experience manager at Lux Research, working with the company’s research and account management teams to identify and anticipate client priorities and business needs to steer clients to the relevant Lux research and services and help make the business case for their innovation initiatives. Central to Max’s role at Lux is meeting frequently with clients to help guide the evolution of their priorities and ensure continuing engagement and contract renewal.
Prior to joining Lux, Max was a customer success manager for Populus Group, where he strategically guided customers to transform their contingent workforce programs, helped build platforms for growth, and took a lead role in problem-solving human resources issues.
Max has an M.S. in industrial and organizational psychology from Walden University and a B.A. in psychology from San Francisco State University.
