Miranda currently serves as the VP of Innovation Discovery and is responsible for ensuring a robust pipeline of innovation across all Business Units within the Care & Connection Group (including Brita, Burt’s Bees, Glad, Hidden Valley Ranch, Kingsford, Fresh Step, and VMS). To achieve this, she leverages AI to enhance the speed and accuracy of their innovation processes. Her role provides critical subject matter expertise to the business, with a strong focus on discovery and next-generation platforms.
Over the course of her career, Miranda has held several positions of increasing responsibility at Clorox, spanning the Cleaning, Foods, and Brita core businesses. She has also been involved in driving innovation across the entire company and has led efforts in R&D Sustainability.
With over 25 years of experience, including 13 years at Clorox, 2+ years at Chevron Sales & Marketing, and 11 years at Pepsico Operations & R&D, Miranda brings a wealth of knowledge to her current role.
Outside of work, Miranda resides in Pleasanton, CA with her husband, Dan, and their four beloved mutt-mix dogs: Bruce (12), Shamu (9), Stella (2), and Roxy (2). Her passion for animal advocacy has led her to serve as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the East Bay SPCA, an organization dedicated to improving animal welfare.
